TARA Awards is an annual award for RTA: School of Media students at TMU (formerly Ryerson University). As the theme for the awards would change every year, for this 45th time, it's about "The future is bright" - which depicts an inspiration of retro-futurism!

Working as a graphic designer, apart from the regular social media graphic task, I was also assigned the filter creation for the TARA Awards 45th.

Role
As a graphic designer for the TARA Awards 45, I followed the branding guideline and concepts given by the Creative Director.
Unlike other filters that I have done, I have challenged myself to try out new things! Besides using Adobe Photoshop and Spark AR as usual, I also included Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects to create a moving element (the disco ball) to better reflect the award's theme.
